Welcome to Easy IT Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://easy-itservices.com (the "Website") operated by Easy IT Services Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong under Company Number 78216976, with its registered address at Unit 915, 9/F., Concordia Plaza, 1 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong SAR ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Access to our Website and Services is strictly prohibited for any person who is a citizen or legal resident of Hong Kong, or who is physically located in Hong Kong. If you are a Hong Kong citizen, resident, or currently in the territory of Hong Kong, you must not use our Website or Services.

Overview of Services

Easy IT Services is a specialized platform featuring a catalog of digital services. The Company provides services including, but not limited to:
• website development;
• business process automation;
• graphic design;
• and other related types of digital services.
Services are provided based on standard packages or in accordance with the individual technical specifications of the client. All services are performed using the Company’s internal resources and proprietary technological solutions. The client may select a standard service package or submit a custom request (Custom Task), on the basis of which the Company, utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, shall generate a proposal subject to further agreement between the Parties. We regularly update our service catalog on the Website. All services are delivered digitally via email or download links. No physical products are shipped. How Orders Work

To place an order, the client follows these steps:
• Registers on the Website by providing accurate and complete information as requested by the platform (including a valid email address);
• Confirms their email address by clicking the activation link sent to their inbox;
• If the client selects a service from the catalog, clicking the "Order" button redirects them to the payment page.
• Clients have the option to enhance their order by selecting extra add-ons listed in the service card. They may also choose the desired service tier — Basic, Standard, or Premium — with differences between tiers clearly described in the service description.
• If the client selects a Custom Task, they must first choose the relevant category of the service. Then, in the Prompt field, they must describe their request. After that, they are required to answer 10 clarifying questions related to their request.
• Once all inputs are provided, the client clicks the "Make some magic with AI" button.
• The system will then generate a service card based on the prompt and answers. The client reviews and confirms the service description and pricing by clicking "Order".
• Proceeds to the payment page and completes the payment using a licensed third-party payment provider (we do not collect or store any card or banking data);
• After payment, the client gains access to their order card via their personal account by clicking the "Action" button. In the order card, the client will see a clarification request from the Company, to which they must respond by email using the "Contact Worker" button;
• The client is required to provide the Company with all necessary information and materials, including responses to the mandatory clarification questions specified in the personal account. Without this information, the service cannot be technically or operationally delivered.
All required data, clarifications, and responses to task-related questions must be submitted via email to the address that automatically appears when the client clicks the "Contact Worker" button in their personal account. Unless otherwise instructed, the designated email address for communication is: support@easy-itservices.com. If the required information is not provided within 15 calendar days from the date of payment, the order will be marked as inactive, and the reserved resources and allocated labor will be considered utilized. In such cases, any refund request will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, and the payment may be retained as compensation for administrative processing and team allocation. We reserve the right to modify the ordering and payment flow at any time to improve service efficiency or comply with technical, legal, or operational requirements.

Pricing and Delivery

The final price is clearly displayed prior to payment and includes all applicable service fees and charges. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable once the order is confirmed. The pricing of Custom Task is determined using AI algorithms based on market analysis. We do not accept liability for the accuracy or objectivity of automatically generated price estimates. Delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the task and typically range from a few hours to 14 business days. The estimated delivery time will be clearly stated prior to checkout. However, depending on the nature of the task and the information received from the client, the stated timeline may be subject to slight adjustments during the execution process. In such cases, the client will be notified in advance of any expected changes. Service delivery timelines shall commence from the moment all required information is received from the client, in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 2 of these Terms. If additional information is required from the client (e.g., files, clarifications, or approvals), the delivery timeline may be paused until the necessary input is provided. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely input. All services are fulfilled by our in-house team and delivered via email, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery shall be deemed complete once the final result (file, link, or package) is sent to the client, regardless of whether the file is opened or downloaded.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm and agree that:
• You will provide accurate, complete, and lawful task descriptions, along with all necessary materials, files, instructions, and clarifications required to properly fulfill the order;
• You will not use the result of the provided services for any purposes that are unlawful, obscene, misleading, defamatory, or infringe upon the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights or the right to privacy;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, moderating, and ensuring the legal compliance of the final content before any public, commercial, or regulated use.
We do not guarantee that the content will meet the requirements of third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Ads, Instagram), industry-specific regulations, or legal standards unless explicitly agreed upon in writing in advance.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final content for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. We retain the right to anonymize and reuse generic outputs for research, demo, or portfolio purposes unless expressly forbidden by the client.

Disclaimer and Service Limitations

All services are provided on an “as-available” basis. Availability depends on the Company’s internal capacity, staffing, and technical feasibility. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. In the event of such refusal or cancellation, the client will be notified, and a full refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of the decision. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, unavailability, rejections, or system errors. You understand that the Company is not responsible for the actions, availability, or data processing practices of third-party service providers, including but not limited to payment processors, hosting platforms, and communication tools. Any issues arising from the use of such third-party services fall outside the scope of the Company’s responsibility. You understand that the Company shall not be held liable for the accuracy of prices and proposals generated using AI tools. Access to our services is strictly prohibited for any individuals who are citizens, legal residents, or physically located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you do not fall under any of these categories. If you do, you must immediately cease use and exit the Website.

Refunds and Disputes

All sales are considered final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined in the Refund Policy available at https://easy-itservices.com/refund-policy. Refunds are not automatically issued but may be considered in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To initiate a complaint, please email us at support@easy-itservices.com within 3 calendar days of receiving the final digital content. Payments and Taxes

Payments are handled by certified payment processors. We do not charge or remit VAT or sales tax directly unless required by law or the payment processor’s policy. For international clients, additional taxes may apply depending on local regulations and will be handled by the payment provider as appropriate.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Website, unless otherwise specified. It is the client’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hong Kong.
