Easy IT Services Limited provides a catalog of digital services, including both standard service packages and custom solutions developed upon client request. Due to the intangible and customized nature of our services, all sales are considered final once the final result has been delivered. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. We have implemented the following policy to ensure fairness and trust.

Non-Refundable Services

All services are considered delivered upon the transmission of digital content via email or download link. Refunds are generally not issued after the service is fulfilled, except in specific cases outlined in this Policy.

Conditions for Review

A refund or credit may be considered under the following circumstances:
• The delivered product is significantly different from the approved task description.
• A clear technical failure occurred, preventing access to the delivered service.
• A duplicate payment was made in error.

What We Offer

At our discretion, we may offer one of the following solutions:
• A free revision or reprocessing of the original task;
• A partial refund;
• A full service credit for future use.
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery by writing to: support@easy-itservices.com.

Failure to Provide Required Information

After payment, the client is obligated to provide all necessary information required to complete the service, including responses to any technical clarification questions available in their personal account. Without such information, the service cannot be technically or operationally fulfilled. If the required information is not provided within 15 calendar days from the date of payment, the order will be marked as inactive. In such cases, the reserved resources and allocated labor will be considered utilized. The payment will be retained as compensation for administrative processing, preparatory work, and team allocation necessary to ensure timely service delivery. In exceptional cases, and subject to valid justification, the client may contact support for review.

Cancellation During Service Processing

If the client voluntarily cancels the order after the Company has commenced work, but before the final result has been delivered, the Company reserves the right to retain the full payment or, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund. The amount of the refund, if any, will be determined based on the stage of completion, resources allocated, and administrative costs incurred.

Service Unavailability and Order Refusal

Our servers and partners may operate globally. If data is transferred outside your country of residence, we take steps to ensure it is protected under equivalent legal safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses under GDPR).

Data Retention

All services are provided on an “as-available” basis. Availability depends on the Company’s internal capacity, the availability of qualified specialists, and technical feasibility. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. In the event that the order cannot be fulfilled, the client will be notified, and a full refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of the decision.

Payment Processing Fees

Refunds, if approved, will be issued excluding any payment processor or currency conversion fees. These fees are non-recoverable.

Abuse or Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, excessive refund claims, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Legal Reference

This refund policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
